Abstract
Denver native Craig Silverman, who starred in basketball at George Washington High School, transferred to Colorado College after one year at Upsala College in NJ. He studied for a law degree while playing basketball, baseball, and writing a sports column in the student newspaper. He gave up sports after graduation to become a lawyer.
