Biography
Came to Pueblo from Russia in 1924 when he was 12 years with his mother and sister. His father Jacob had come a decade earlier to work in the Pueblo stell mills. Opened a sucessful furniture store in Pueblo. Wife was Frieda Shames who's family were members of the Cotopaxi Jewish agricultural colony. Had 3 children.
