Biography

Anny Coury was a Holocaust survivor who immigrated to the United States in July 1941 from her native France. She attendted the University of Texas and became a geologist. She worked for the US Geological Survey for 25 years. Anny is also a sculpter who works with stone. She was the subject for one of Debra Howards portraits of child holocaust survivors.
