Biography

Zesa Starr was a Polish born Holocaust survivor. He met his wife Fanny, also a survivor, at Bergen-Belsen, a concentration camp turned displaced persons’ camp after the war. They married there and had their first child in the camp. They immigrated to the US, first to Des Moines, Iowa and then Denver, CO.
