Biography

Alvin L. Rosenbaum was the son of Harry Rosenbaum and first cousin of Louann Rosenbaum Miller and Stanton Rosenbaum. He graduated from the University of Colorado, College of Law. He was a army airman stationed in Florida when he was killed in training accident during a major huricane in August of 1943. He was scheduled to become a captain and planned to be married a few weeks after his death.

Abstract

Contains Copy of November 1942 postcard from Miami with a Curtis Hawk P-40 on the front sent from Alvin to Louann Rosenbaum Miller and Stan Rosenbaum, his first cousins. Also contains an eulogy written by Rabbi Friedman for Alvin Rosenbaum, the first cousin of Louann and Stan. Alvin Rosenbaum was killed in August 1943 during World War II.
