Lewitt informs Spivak that Herman Berkowitz is in Denver, Colorado to improve his health and he wrote to them telling them that after being examined he was told that he should be admitted to JCRS. Lewitt then asks Spivak to admit Berkowitz in the sanatorium as soon as he can. He signs the letter along with ten other signatures.
