Abstract Audio digital recording of an interview conducted by Dr. Deborah Palmieri with Yuli M. Vorontsov at the Russian Embassy in 1998. In this interview Dr. Palmieri asks Vorontsov about Boris Yeltsin's decision to dissolve the government which he felt was a good thing even though he was surprised about Yeltsin's decision to dissolve the government. He stated that he felt Russia was a very stable country, but he did not think that Yeltsin would run for a third term as Russia's President. ...
