Spivak informs Levin that Dave Yudelowitz was a patient at JCRS some time ago, but Dr. Hillkowitz could not find any signs of tuberculosis in Yudelowitz's sputum. He tells Levin that Yudelowitz is now very sick and Dr. M.J. Krohn exmained him recently and found that Yudelowitz suffers from both asthma and tuberculosis. Spivak asks Levin to give Yudelowitz the benefit of the doubt and admit him as an emergency case.
