Abstract
Congressman Dominick (R-Colo.) stands with other members of Colorado's congressional delegation in an unidentified location. The congressmen all hold frying pans to signify passage of Public Law 87-590 (77 Stat. 393) in August, 1962, which authorized the construction of the Frying Pan-Arkansas water reclamation project.
