Biography
Arthur Losso Esserman was born in Illinois on January 24, 1898 and died in Denver, Colorado June 18, 1952. He practiced pediatric medicine in Denver from 1926 to 1952, much of the time at Children's Hospital in Denver. He married Pauline Rothbaum in St. Louis, Missouri and they had one son, Paul Esserman.

There is a gold seal of the Missouri State Board of Medical Health with the state seal of Missouri inside. Dr. Arthur L. Esserman (born 1898) was an intern at Children's Hospital in Denver, Colorado from 1924 to 1926 and practiced pediatric medicine in Denver from 1926 until his death in 1952.

Stethoscope used by Dr. Arthur L. Esserman, a pediatrician in Denver, Colorado. Stethoscope consisting of two silver colored metal ear pieces with black rubber ends and rubber tubing attached to other side of metal pieces. They both attach to a V-shaped piece of silver metal with a piece of red rubber at the end. Dr. Arthur L. Esserman (born 1898) was an intern at Children's Hospital in Denver from 1924 to 1926 and practiced pediatric medicine from 1926 until his death in 1952.
Tongue Depressors and Cotton Swabs in Cylinder, between 1924-1952
A chrome cylinder that is divided into three sections. In the largest section are two tongue depressers in wrappers. The tongue depressers are coated with an anaesthetic to numb throat pain. In the other sections are sticks and cotton for making cotton swabs. The materials belonged to Dr. Arthur L. Esserman (born 1898) who was an intern at Children's Hospital in Denver, Colorado from 1924 to 1926 and practiced pediatric medicine in Denver from 1926 until his death in 1952.
