Biography

Jesse Kortz was a Jewish businessman and philanthropist in Denver, CO. He was the owner of Kortz and Lee jewelry stores in Denver, and went on to become an officer of several real estate investment and development firms. He had six (6) terms as president of General Rose Memorial Hospital.

Jesse Kortz was owner of twelve (12) Kortz and Lee jewelry stores across Colorado, owner of some banks, and fundraiser for General Rose Hospital, Beth Israel hospital and home for the aged, and a number of other organizations. He was a trustee of General Rose Hospital.
