Overview Typed letter from H. Schwatt to L. Schapiro. Schwatt informs Schapiro that Emil Lautenbach has stayed in the sanatorium since Sept. 16, 1910 and was supposed to leave by April 10, 1911. Schwatt tells Schapiro that Lautenbach requested to stay at the sanatorium until May 1, 1911 and asks Schapiro to send Lautenbach a notice of his approval for his extended stay.

He asks him to discharged them by May 15. Letter is signed by H. Schwatt.
