Most are bound reports in good condition. Older reports are unbound, have damage to binding, may be more fragile, and/or have multiple copies; these are in labeled folders.

One (1) framed mounting of the Army of the United States discharge papers for Lewis D. Gilbert. Included are three (3) documents: Army of the United States Honerable Discharge statement, Army of the United States Separation Qualification Record, and WD AGO Form 53 - 55 Honorable Discharge.
