Nathan Kobey, b. July 20, 1905, Aspen, Colorado; m. Jeanette M. Conner, October 28, 1931; m. Gloria Fontaine, January 17, 1942; d. March 29, 1946, Colorado. Son of Benjamin and Hattie Reiss Kobey, as well as a cousin of Silas Kobey and Dorothy "Dokes" Kobey Berry.

Nathan Kobey was the son of Benjamin and Hattie Reiss Kobey, as well as a cousin of Dorothy and Silas Kobey. Dorothy was the valedictorian of the 1923 graduating class at Aspen High School in Aspen, Colorado.
