Philip Kobey (b. December 5, 1900; d. January 1980) was the son of Harris and Leah Sheffel Kobey; sibling of Dorothy (Dokes) Kobey Berry, and Rebecca (Becky), Ruth Sara, Joseph, Silas (Si), Philip (Phil) and Leon (Lee) Kobey.
