Accrual contains materials from Hadassah and Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC). Hadassah is a member organization of JCRC, which is a program of JEWISHcolorado. Hadassah materials include administrative records such as meeting minutes ranging from 1993-2023, treasury reports, membership files ranging from 1994-1998, membership due collection lists, job descriptions, donor files, bylaws and procedures, signed copies of an ethics and conflict of interest policy; logo designs and copyright guidelines; and forms for program and event planning. National and Denver chapter communication materials such as chapter newsletters and bulletins ranging from 1999-2021; internal chapter communications; and newsletters and emails from Hadassah's national offices.Organizational history and informational materials such as brochures about Hadassah; brochures and communication materials about the Hadassah College of Technology, Hadassah Israel Education Services (HIES), and the Hadassah Medical Organization; brochures about the state of Israel intended for use during Hadassah run Israel trips; and a brochure about Henrietta Szold, the founder of Hadassah. Event materials ranging from 1949-2022 such as event programs, invitations, fliers, email advertisements, and blog posts. Program materials such as the handbook and marketing materials for the Hadassah "Al Galgalim" program; programming guides from Hadassah's national office; materials from the 2020 "Membership Matters" conference; and event planning paperwork from 1993-2022. Clippings from newspapers, blogs, and magazines that range in date from 2012-2021. Photos which include negatives of Denver chapter president portraits; two [2] copies of a photo taken at the1955 Hadassah Donor Luncheon and two [2] undated single copy photos. Two [2] banners - one of which has felt awards sewn onto it. The JCRC materials within this accrual include administrative records, event fliers, and program materials. The administrative materials from JCRC include six binders of resource guides ranging in date from 2000-2007; meeting minutes and agendas from 2003-2018; Drafts of 2012 Resolutions; and a floppy disk entitled "MMJ database back-up" from 1994. The event and program materials from JCRC include papers from a 2005 Phone-a-thon; event and program fliers from 2012 and 2017; a 2017 report to the community and an undated brochure about JCRC.
