Box contains three folders and four cookbooks: 1. Folder with reproduction of the "Fair Cook Book" publilshed by The Ladies of Congregation Emanuel (1888). Hard back reproduction created by Karen Jones from xerox copy in the Beck Archive, 2022; 2. Cook book missing cover and title page, c. 1955. 3. "For Whom We Cook," compliled by Sisterhood of Temple Emanuel, 1957; 4. Two copies of "Some of Our Best Recipes are Jewish," compiled by Sisterhood of Temple Emanuel, 1972. Folders are titled: 1. Fair Cook Book, 2. Cooking Classes and Recipes, and 3. Taste of Emanuel.
