Abstract

Three University of Denver (DU) members of the ''Gyros Club'', alternately known as the ''Tumbling Team'', identified as Granville B. Johnson (Physical Director), Arden E. Ratcliff, and Joseph P. Graves, perform a stunt outdoors in front of Buchtel Memorial Chapel in Denver, Colorado in 1923. Standing are Charles C. Dickson, unidentified, Max M. Vinsonhaler, and Asher H. Patten. Typed on back of photographic print: ''Johnson throwing Ratcliffe to Graves shoulders on a Belly Forward to shoulders.''
