Scope and Contents

The box contains medal cases for Dominick's Air Medal and Distinguished Flying Cross; while the Air Medal is present, the Distinguished Flying Cross is not. Additionally, the box contains enlistment, operational, and other military records regarding Peter H. Dominick's service in World War II, and a print copy of a portion of his wartime diary, entitled "Flying the Hump," detailing his service flying air ferries across the Himalayas.
