Mr. Cazen worked with the CCOHA from 2000-2013; 'Dialogue of the Carmelites' (2000), 'Summer and Smoke' (2002), 'Le Jongleus de Norte Dame' (2004), 'Paul Bunyan' (2005), 'West Side Story' (2008), 'Gianni Schicchi,' 'Les Mamallas de Tiresuas,' 'Die Sieben Todsuden' (2011), 'Oklahoma!' (2012), and in 2013 'Our Town.'
