Typed letter on The Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society letterhead from C.D Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to the National Directors of the J.C.R.S. in Rochester, New York, stating that per their request, Oscar Ginsberg's stay at the Sanitorium has been extended until January 1st, 1908. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
