Typed letter from C.D Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to Mr. S.J. Shalett in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, notifying him that Mr. Oscar Ginsberg, on whose behalf he had written a recommendation, has been accepted to the Sanitorium of the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society, to be admitted on the 15th of July. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
