Handwritten letter in ink on A.D. Joffe & Sons, Wines and Liquors, 161-163 Joseph Ave., Rochester, New York letterhead from the National Directors of the J.C.R.S. in Rochester, New York, to Dr. C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, stating that when Mr. Shalette had been there it had been promised that Mr. Ginsberg would be admitted to the hospital on the 15th of July and requests Dr. Spivak's good office towards accepting him on that date.
