Typed letter from C.D Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to Mrs. Pauline P. Aren in Chicago, Illionois, stating that Mollie Cohen had been an inmate of the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society from July 22nd, 1908 to September 7th, 1908, when she left of her own accord. Letter requests that Mollie Cohen is written to in order to have her call their office and file her application, as she will be admitted as soon as her turn comes. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
