Letter from C.D Spivak to Dr. Fish, 1908 November 27
Typed letter from C.D Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to Dr. Fish in Edgewater, Colorado, stating that a letter had been received from the J.C.R.S in Chicago in reference from Mollie Cohen, who according to their records was a patient in their Sanitorium from July until September 7th, however there was no record as to any notice given to her to leave the Sanitorium. Letter states interest as far as why she was discharged in order to communicate with the Chicago people. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
