Copy of Letter from A.B. Lewin to C.D. Spivak, 1908
Copy of typed letter from A.B. Lewin to C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, stating that enclosed find: certificate of identity of Mr. Alex Vendig who died at the Sanitorium on June 28th, 1909, nine reports #1342-1350, and three applications of Emergency cases. Lewin states that out of all of those who are to leave the Sanitorium, only Mr. R. Hoffenberg said that he definitely goes on Sunday July 18th, the rest want to see him, C.D. Spivak. He states that he is awaiting Spivak's instructions on when they should be sent to him as he wants to see patients on certain days and hours only. He states that he called up Miss Morris and told her, but that he was not at the office. Lewin states that in regards to Mr. Yablowsky of Pittsburgh, Pa., that the contents were received and noted. He states that he has subjected Mr. Yablowsky to a rigid cross examination and that he makes a flat denial to everything. He states that knowing the value of such statements that he shall take proper action as suggested. Letter is signed A.B. Lewin.
