Letter from P. Hillkowitz to Dr. M. Kleiner, 1908 September 2
Typed letter from P. Hillkowitz in Denver, Colorado, to Dr. M. Kleiner in New Haven, Connecticut, stating that the communication of the 27th addressed to Dr. Fish, has been turned over to their office for reply. Letter states that they had already sent one official certificate of death to Mr. M. Mendelsohn, Secretary of the New Haven Lodge #21, O.B.A. at his request, and before getting the others, thought that he would inform him of the matter in order to save expenses, which is $1.50 for each certificate that the Jefferson County authorities issue. Letter states that should the widow desire four more certificates, that they can procure them for her, or he may obtain them directly by addressing "Mr. I. Loften Davidson, Registrar of Jefferson County, Golden, Colo." Hillkowitz requests that doctors Zederbaum, Spivak and Fish be remembered to him. Letter is signed P. Hillkowitz and "President" is typed at the bottom.
