Letter from M. Mendelsohn to The National Jewish Hospital for Consumptives, 1908 August 24
Typed letter on New Haven Lodge, No. 21 letterhead from M. Mendelsohn in New Haven, Connecticut, to The National Jewish Hospital for Consumptives in Denver, Colorado, stating that there was a man by name of Max Goldstein who died at the hospital this month, whose body was brought to this city for burial, and at the request of the widow, to inform him or her the cost of the death certificates from the Board of Health from Dr. Spivak's city, so they can notify the Grand Lodges of the different Societies to which the dead belonged. Letter is signed M. Mendelsohn.
