Handwritten letter from Mr. A. Schwartzman to Dr. C.D. Spivak and dated Nov. 10, 1907. Letter is written on letter head stating: A. Schwartzman, Merchant Tailor, 604 Church Street 604. Schwartzman has been made aware by doctors at the JCRS that his son is, "very bad off" and he wishes from Dr. Spivak to have an answer by "return mail." Letter is signed, A. Schwartzman. Two entries written later, in pencil, state: "Phone to hospital and ask Dr. Fish about him. Write down phone message" and "Somewhat improving. Is very weak. Wants to go home but Dr. Fish advised him to wait until he gets a little stronger."
