Abstract
Typed letter to "C. D. Spivak, Esq., M. D." from the Baron de Hirsch Institute on letterhead that states, "Baron de Hirsch Institute and Hebrew Benevolent Society 410 Bleury Street, Montreal," dated "Dec. 17th, 1909" [sic]. The Hirsch Institue asks on the behalf of Mr. S. Medvinsky [Mr. J. Madvinsky] and Rev. Dr. H. Abramavitz [Abramowitz] whether Mrs. Madvinsky can receive another extention to her stay in the Sanatorium. Although JCRS has already allowed an extention for Mrs. Madvinsky's stay until Jan. 1/10, more time is necessary since Mr. Medvinsky [Madvinsky] is out of a job and has no means of support or the ability to get to his wife in Denver. The letter is illegibly signed by the Clerk to the Board.
