Overview

Handwritten receipt for the burial of Max Leipziger from M. Leipziger's JCRS patient record to the United Hebrew Cemetary Association on a printed letterhead that states, "M. Goorman, President, 1824 Larimer St. J. Zeidenfelt, Secretary Denver, Colo..." dated "2/12/1900.9 [2/12/1909]" [sic]. The Document states, "For Deceased Max Leipziger In Block 102 No. 10 For Digging $3.00... For Coffin Undertaken $8.50...For Bal Misaskim $2.00...For Tachrichem $3.00...For Grave $15.00...Total $31.50" [sic]. The receipt is not signed.

Red circular stamp reading "ROSE HILL CEMETERY" is located on the upper-central portion of the receipt. Written in pencil at the bottom of the receipt reads, "Buried by Lad. Shroud Soc" [sic].
