Overview

Handwritten letter in ink to "Dr. C. D spivak" from H. Shapiro on letterhead that states, "MRS. HARRY SHAPIRO, SECRETARY 127 W. 112TH STREET, N. Y. NEW YORK LADIES' AUXILIARY OF THE JEWISH CONSUMPTIVE RELIEF SOCIETY OF DENVER" dated "Nov 24 1908" [sic]. The letter serves to introduce M. Leon to Dr. Spivak, asking that JCRS will "do all you can for him, as he is deserving of assistance" [sic]. The letter is signed by H. Shapiro.
