Overview

Typed letter in blue ink to "Mr. Jacob Schoen, 37 Seventh St., New York City" from Dr. Spivak dated "September 2, 1905" [sic]. The letter informs J. Schoen "that Mr. Meyer Buxbaum, son of Simon Buxbaum...has been admitted to the Sanatorium...to restore him to good health" [sic]. The letter is not signed but Secretary is typed at the bottom.
