Letter to Dr. Spivak from J. Schoen, 1906 December 31
Typed letter in purple ink to "Dr...Spivak...Jewish Consumptives['] Relief Society, Denver, Colo" from J. Schoen on a blue typed letterhead that states, "UNITED STATES GRAND LODGE INDEPENDENT ORDER BIRTH ABRAHAM 37 SEVENTH STREET NEW YORK" dated "Dec. 31st, 1906" [sic]. The letter addresses the case of M. Buxbaum, stating that though Buxbaum was once a patient of JCRS, he is now "very ill...and suffers painfully and would like to be admitted in the [JCRS] home" once again [sic]. The letter is signed Jacob Schoen.
