Letter to M. Buxbaum from Dr. Spivak, 1909 February 08
Typed letter to "Mr. Meyer Buxbaum, 1459 Irving Str." from Dr. Spivak on letterhead that states, "THE JEWISH CONSUMPTIVES' RELIEF SOCIETY...OFFICE, 1421 COURT PLACE DENVER, COLO" dated "Feb. 8. 1909" [sic]. The letter informs M. Buxbaum that he has been accepted into the JCRS Sanatorium, asking that M. Buxbaum would "present this letter within two days to our Superintendent...between the hours of 9 A. M. and 4 P. M." Monday through Friday [sic]. The letter is not signed but Secretary is typed at the bottom.
