Overview
Typed letter to "Mr. William [Philip] Seaman, Supt., United Hebrew Charities...St. Louis, Mo" from Dr. Spivak dated "June 24, 1909" [sic]. The letter explains that J. Guttmann instucted Dr. Spivak to send JCRS patient #972 R. Kasriel to St. Louis from Denver via railroad. Thus, Dr. Spivak has "advanced Mr. Kasriel...$19.85" for railroad fare, and "Mr. Julius Guttman [Guttmann] istructed me...to send my bill to you for collection" [sic]. The letter is not signed but Secretary is typed at the bottom.
