Overview

Handwritten letter to "Dr C. D. Spivak...[JCRS] Denver Colo" from Louis Sulzbacher on letterhead that states, "Braddock Lodge No. 516, I. O. B. B....Braddock, Pa" stamp-dated "OCT 1 1908" [sic]. The letter supports the efforts of Mrs. [L.] Sulzbacher to get M. Glick accepted into JCRS. Louis Sulzbacher gives his "fullest endorsment" for the patient's cause, asking Spivak to send "a blank application...as the case is very urgent" [sic]. The letter is stamped with Louis Sulzbacher's signature.
