Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to Dr. J.B. Fish in Edgewater, Colorado. Letter requests that he please admit Mr. Gabriel Cohen of 1378 King St. as an emergency case, the symptoms of whom were observed by Dr. E. Friedman [Emmanuel Friedman] and to discharge him as soon as the emergency symptoms are over. Letter states that he suffers from fever--102-102 1/2, severe headache and weakness. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
