The gathered Mexican style skirt has three horizontal panels of satin. At the top is green satin, then gold satin with sequins in a pattern, and at the bottom is red satin with larger sequins.

Needs Conservation: The skirt has large tears, the bottom is very ragged, and some sequins are coming off the skirt.
