Night Telegram to B. Pitchinoc from Dr. Spivak, 1908 December 30
Typed telegram in purple ink to "Mr. [Bennie] Pitchinhoc, c/o Joseph Hellman, 695 Hicks St., Brooklyn, N. Y." from Dr. Spivak in Denver with typed heading in red ink that states, "POSTAL TELEGRAPH COMMERCIAL CABLES CLARENCE H. MACKAY...NIGHT TELEGRAM" dated "Dec. 30, 1908." The telegram reads, "Mrs Sarah [Pitchinoc] passed away Wire burial instructions" [sic]. The telegram is not signed but C D Spivak Secy is typed at the bottom.
