Overview

Hand-addressed envelope to "Dr. C. D. Spivak [Sanatorium] of [the JCRS] Edgewater, Colo" dated "FEB 18 1909." The envelope, found in JCRS Patient #956 A. Tarashinsky's record, has a red U.S. two cent postage stamp and "Isidore Hurwitz Library" is written at the bottom of the envelope [sic]. The envelope is not signed.
