Letter to A. Tarashinsky from R. Appel, 1908 October 28
Handwritten letter in ink to A. Tarashinsky in New York from R. Appel on letterhead that states, "The National Jewish Hospital For Consumptives at Denver" dated "Oct. 28/1908" [sic]. The letter regrettably informs A. Tarashinsky that the Denver air and altitude may not benefit his health, and that he should consider not traveling to Denver for medical reasons. R. Appel also enclosed a check for fifty dollars with the letter, as to return a guarantee Appel offered to Tarashinsky. The letter is signed Rachel Appel.
