Genorge Bercu is standing directly behind the pils of pelts. George Bercu founded the Chicago Hide, Fur, and Wool House in Douglas, Wyoming.

From the Collection: The collection includes papers, records, correspondence, photographs, photograph albums, scrapbooks, newspapers and newspaper clippings, framed photographs, documents, quilts and needlework, Vaudeville costumes and instruments, books, and record albums.
There are a number of water stains and glue residue on the cardboard mountain. The photo itself has some accretion and scratches, but otherwise is in good shape.
