From the Collection: The collection includes papers, records, correspondence, photographs, photograph albums, scrapbooks, newspapers and newspaper clippings, framed photographs, documents, quilts and needlework, Vaudeville costumes and instruments, books, and record albums.
The matting is fraying along the edges. There is a large tear in the matting that continues into the bottom of the photo. The photo is in good shape, but is scratched throughout. George Bercu founded the Chicago Hide, Fur, and Wool House.
