Friedman [Emanuel Friedman] in Denver, Colorado stating that per request to Mr. Friedland, wish to give the following information in regards to the applicant examined July 22, and whose case was found doubtful, Sam Winter. Age: 40, How long sick: 2 1/2 years, Occupation: Peddler, Patient is married and has six children of the following ages: 14, 13 1/2, 11 1/2. 10, 8, 4 1/2/. Letter states hope that this is the information he wanted and is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
