Letter from D. Lieberman to Dr. C.D. Spivak, 1908 September 21
Handwritten letter in ink on Fall River Lodge No. 355, O.B.A. letterhead from D. Lieberman in Fall River, Massachusetts, to Dr. C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado. Letter states that enclosed please find returned the bill from the Beth Medrash Cemetary Association for the funeral of M. Kessler, who died in Colorado, as the lodge has nothing to do with funeral expenses. Letter states that the lodge does not pay any funeral expenses, as they do not have the funds for that and that the only thing the provide in their city being a cemetary plot, which was paid for long ago. Letter states that the only way to collect that bill is to send same to the Grand Lodge and it is thought that they can collect that from the endorsement they have to pay to the widow. In regards to the clothing, JCRS may do as they wish or give that to any poor patient. Letter is signed D. Lieberman.
