Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to Mr. David R. Radovsky in Fall River, Massachusetts. Letter states receipt of their esteemed favor of the 31st ult. requesting a certifed copy of the death certificate of Mr. Meyer Kessler, who died at the Sanatorium on the 19th of Aug., to be sent to the secretary of the Fall River Lodge #355, O.B.A. Letter states that in compliance of the request, same was sent to Mr. J. Lieberman [D. Lieberman], Secretary of the lodge, and also the bill for the funeral expenses, amounting to $41.95. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
