Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to Mr. Abraham Kaiser in Edgewater, Colorado, stating that the Admission and Dismission Committee begs to notify him that his stay at the Sanatorium will terminate December 5th, 1908. Letter requests to make all preparations necessary to leave the Sanatorium at that date and is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
