Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to Mr. A.B. Rose, Secretary of Bne Moses Lodge #209, O.B.A., in Youngstown, Ohio, informing him that brother Aaron Agree, a member of his worthy lodge, was accepted on the 2nd inst. as a patient into the Sanatorium of the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. Letter states hope that his stay there may prove beneficial to his health and is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
