Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado, to Dr. D. Goldstein in Brooklyn, New York, stating that in regards to Mr. Morris Solomon, deceased, duly received. Replying to his inquiry, he wishes to state that he was at the Sanatorium since Aug. 12th, 1908. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
